Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the booking of tours offered by PapiTours in Porto, Portugal.
1. General information
PapiTours offers tuk tuk sightseeing tours in the city of Porto in accordance with current local regulations. All tours include the mandatory insurance required by Portuguese law.
2. Vehicle capacity
Each tuk tuk has a maximum capacity of 5 people. If this number is exceeded, the booking will need to be divided into two or more vehicles, subject to availability.
3. Meeting point
The exact meeting point will be sent by email after payment confirmation. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the information received and arrive with sufficient advance notice.
4. Delays
It is recommended to arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the start of the tour. In the event of a delay of more than 15 minutes without prior notice, the booking may be considered cancelled without the right to a refund.
5. Changes and rescheduling
Requests for changes must be made as far in advance as possible and are subject to availability.
6. Safety
Passengers must remain seated during the tour and follow the driver’s instructions. Failure to comply with safety rules may result in the tour being terminated without the right to a refund.
7. Babies and minors
Currently, PapiTours does not provide special baby seats. Parents or guardians are responsible for assessing whether the tour is suitable for minors under their care.
8. Route changes
Routes may vary depending on traffic, municipal restrictions, events or weather conditions.
9. Image use
During the tour, photographs may be taken for promotional purposes. If any customer does not wish to appear in promotional material, they must communicate this in advance.
