Cancellation and Refund Policy
We want you to book with peace of mind. This policy explains when you can cancel, reschedule and when a refund applies.
1. Cancellation with 24 hours notice
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the start time, you may be eligible for a full refund.
2. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be refundable, as the tour is blocked in the schedule and the operation is prepared.
3. No show
If the customer does not show up at the meeting point and gives no notice, the booking may be considered used and no refund will apply.
4. Delays
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early. If the delay exceeds 15 minutes without prior notice, the booking may be considered cancelled without the right to a refund.
5. Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule the tour. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested as early as possible.
6. Weather conditions
In the event of extreme weather conditions or situations affecting safety, PapiTours may reschedule or cancel the tour. In that case, an alternative or refund will be offered as appropriate.
7. How to request a cancellation or refund
To request a cancellation or refund, contact us by email at info@papitours.pt indicating your name and the tour date.
8. Plazos de devolución
If a refund applies, it may take several business days depending on the payment method and provider (Stripe or bank).
